AETHER HOCKEY

Once I started working with Brad, he completely transformed my game. He used video to take my skating from below average to one of the best on my team. He doesn't just teach skills in isolation — he shows you how to think the game and apply it in real situations.

Coach Perry keeps it real while bringing a deep understanding of the game. He breaks things down so everything on the ice makes sense — positioning, decisions, awareness. What sets him apart is how he balances honest feedback with well-timed encouragement that builds real confidence.

Brad found and fixed two hitches in their skating technique, a hitch in their slapshot, and a number of other things that had gone unnoticed through the years. He then sent us video that showed exactly what they were doing wrong in real time. When you combine that technical expertise with Brad's passion for teaching, you have a winning proposition like no other.

Brad knows how to prepare you for where you want to go and be the player you want to be. He enhances the skills you already have instead of tearing everything down, and every session has a purpose.

Brad Perry is by far the coach where we felt our time and money was most well spent. His training is catered to the specific weaknesses of the individual, and his attention to detail was more than I had ever seen.

Brad has the singular quality of being able to evaluate each student as an individual. When he watches students skate or attempt a drill, he sees what they have done, what they need to do it better, and finds a way to provide constructive guidance — no matter the ability or prior experience. I can say without question that Brad is a master teacher.
