The Journey
Started at 13 — already years behind. No shortcuts, no natural gifts. Just bus rides through junior leagues, hundreds of rinks, and every mistake turned into a rep.
That climb — beginner to pro — ended with a cup of coffee in the ECHL with the Toledo Storm. It's the reason he coaches the way he does. He knows exactly what it costs to catch up, and exactly how to help you do it.

I almost didn't make it here.
2024
Six months later
I had a stroke in 2024 after a hip surgery went wrong. I almost left without sharing everything I learned along the way.
I started at 13. I remember what it felt like to have never played organized sports before, and what it felt like to sign a pro contract. I've coached tens of thousands of players since. That's a rare experience that needs to be shared. I built this so no player has to figure it out alone.
For the beginner with no answers. The pro with gaps nobody ever named. The coach who wants to give players what they didn't have. The hockey parent trying to do right by their kid.
There isn't enough time to get everything out, but I'm gonna try.
